    Default "Mark" OP throughout thread

Kinda got the idea from browsing Reddit comments, where some sub-reddits bold the username, or add flair of the OP in comments.

Additionally it looks pretty simple to incorporate within vBulletin.

Thought it would be nice/neat to highlight the OP subtly throughout a thread.

    Example:

    Ideas:
Just googled: "VBulletin Show Op in PostBit"

It's a feature yes, but is it a necessary feature? Does it really matter in a long thread to know who started it?
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Surely! I think its useful knowing if I'm responding to the OP or not. Saves me from having to go back to page 1 to figure it out, if need be.

Especially since the addition is painless; a simple if equals. Can be subtle as a tiny "(OP)"

As always, subject to everyone's own opinion, but I think it would be nice.

How about when you click on a thread, you take note of who started it? That's what I do.
There's no such thing as a free lunch.

When you get an email notification that there are new replies to a thread you've replied in, you click on it and get taken to the first post since your last visit you may not remember who started it, even if you did take note when you posted your initial reply days, weeks or even months ago.

I don't have a short temper, I just have a quick reaction to bullshit.
