Method of Issuance: - OK

Reciprocity: - No. The more reciprocity your license has, the more restrictive the standards you had to achieve to get it.

Training Time: - How can they count less training time as a positive at the same time they count more reciprocity as a positive? I understand they do not have a strict inverse relationship, but to some extent they do.

But OK with giving points for less or zero training time.

Application Fee: - There's only a few states where this really makes much of a difference IMO, but yeah, cheaper is better.

Stand Your Ground/Castle Doctrine: - OK
Duty to Inform: - OK
Preemption of Home-Rule: - OK
Nonresident Permit Issuance: - ? Well, only 5 points so OK.

What about OC? I know it says "CC," but still.

What about places off limits to carry? That would knock us up several spots. I guess actually being able to CARRY a gun doesn't figure into which states are carry friendly.

Finally, where is the damn list? I'm not giving you 52 page hits to find out where my state falls. Wastin' my time!
