Just a quick note - I think taking out when needed is very practical. It is NOT a small machine....and it is built like a tank, but not ridiculously heavy in my view.

Wife isn't letting me put it on the counter either - for the same reasons.

yeah, the Calendar isn't the right place for it.

Thanks. I may be able to get rid of a few things. Wife just rolls eyes every time I buy a new toy for the kitchen.

And, I have now seen the Streaker vacuum sealer rolls rack and it looks pretty darn fine. However, there is no wall space I could use in my kitchen to mount it.

    Finished.

The cutter works perfectly even hanging on the wall like that.

you could consider a variant that mounts on the inside of a cabinet door. It would cost you some cabinet space, but no counter or wall space.

I didn't want to. I'm more about function than looks.

I did cut some off the small roll a little while ago, worked perfectly.

I added some PVC pipe spacers to hold the rolls in the middle of the cutter.

I packaged 20lbs of chicken breast this afternoon, and my dispenser worked perfectly. Straight cuts every time.
