    You don't need to remodel your kitchen. We keep it in a kitchen drawer when not using it. Works out great!

    Write on the adhesive tape and affix it to the bag or vise versa. I used it on plastic containers and it works well. My bags all have a rough white spot to write on so I never tried affixing adhesive tape to the bag.

    Oh. Well, I’d still have to write on the tape. Might as well just write on the bag.

    Tested it with popcorn today. Works great!! Just as the popcorn started to crunch, I hit the button to stop vacuuming and start sealing. I suspect the same technique would work on croissants (;

    I just wanted to report back...23 days in the freezer later, I see that my labels are still as good as new. This is definitely a good way to go.

    I love my VS and wont go back to paper and or freezer bags.
