thank you McSull, I emailed Phil Kline, he is in Buck County and I live about 10 miles from Bucks. I would use him as a lawyer if he would take me.

I quess it is compacted because one was in Delaware (witch the Air Force took over and Del drop it) the other was in PA witch it took 9 yrs to take me to court

as you can see I am 64 (65 in Dec), I have had 11 heart attacks, have died 4 times. I am 100% service connected disabled and would just like to have my past expunged so my Grandchildren and Great Grandchild don't have to know.

Air Force took charge of your DUI and Delaware dropped it? What form did the "dropped it" take? I'm guessing it would read a nol pros, which any inquiring agency would equate with not convicted. Sounds like you can scratch the Delaware DUI.
Young fellows in the service were known to a do a little drinking back then. Surely your grand kids can handle that.
