Criminal acts are almost always civil torts as well.

It's time we stop simply defending and go on the offense. The Brady Bunch should be sued for Barratry - put them on the defensive for once..

Reading the info at that link, it sounds like the definition of "frivolous law suit" to me. "Aiding and abetting" by assisting filling out the 4473?! On and on, just absurd. So, the brady group is stating that a shop MUST go to further length than State and Federal law dictate? Who gave them the power to make this decision? How many discrimination suits would be filed if every LGS added their own specific and unique pre-sale provisions? Can a counter suit for harassment be filed? How can we stop these fools from bankrupting small shops via attack by lawyer? Bad morning reading for me today.............
