NRA Certified Instructor Course Wanted!
Not trying to duplicate threads....posted this question in another thread on here but I am looking to become a certified NRA pistol instructor. Anyone on here an instructor that can point me in the right direction? I am willing to travel a little for the course, but just can't seem to find one in the York/Hbg/Lanc/Balt area.

Re: NRA Certified Instructor Course Wanted!
You will need to locate an NRA Training Counselor in your area. To do that, log onto http://www.nrahq.org/education/train...ictraining.asp and scroll to the bottom of the page. Training Counselors are certified to train civilian NRA instructors. If you are having trouble, contact John Howard at NRA headquarters, at 703-267-1423. Good Luck!

Re: NRA Certified Instructor Course Wanted!
Call John Howard and ask him who the Training Counselors are in York, Baltimore, etc. -- the places that are close enough to you. Call them and ask them to organize a course for you. Often they only teach once a year, or whenever someone gets a group together. If you find a couple other people who want to take a class, there's a good chance a TC would hold one for you. It'll be up to you to get one organized.

What is your time frame. Tough to get a course when evryone else is going on vacation.
If Bucks/Northampton counties are not too far, contact Jason Schafer at jsholsters.com
I have a course already in progress in the Doylestown area.

They taught one last year at Mannheim Sportsmans. I am probably going to be the either Saturday or Wednesday so I'll see if they have another planned
