Hey, thought I'd bump this up with some recent pics of people shooting this rifle at the group shoots!

Spanish FR-8 compared to a "typical" Mauser...




Plastic, German training rounds. Not blanks - the plastic bullet is fired and will eff you up. Not a toy.







If you don't have one, go get one. That aren't super expensive.
Really happy with this rifle.

I enjoyed that one, neat rifle and another addition to my future purchase list.

Cruzans if your in Mechanicsburg, your only about an hour and a half from the central PA ones. You should try and make one.

I don't think his Rig would make it around the last turn into the shooting area.... And it was 3+ hours from pittsburgh and I think it was close to 50/50 mid state peeps Vs Pittsburgh Peeps so no excuses

EM, gotta say that the FR8 you stuck in my hands on Saturday was not only a fun rifle to shoot (pointed great), but also accurate as hell.

But now that I've read EVERYTHING ever posted on this thread, I feel as though I'm still missing something some folks are talking about: "What recoil?"
