    Default Lake Wallenpaupack??

Heading up for the long weekend, figured I'd pack my range bag, my AR, and maybe sight in my Marlin 336 for the upcoming hunting season if the fish aren't biting.
Anyone know of a decent outdoor range in that area?
Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Thanks for the info! I've been visiting the Lake Wallenpaupack / Hamlin area for years and never really thought to look, now I may have something else to do up there than cutting the grass, fishing, and gorging myself at Kundla's BBQ.
I appreciate the response, have a fun, relaxing, and safe Labor Day weekend!

of course you'll need a hunting license or range permit to shoot at the SGL 183 range. You might want to pop over to the Pike county forum and check out the "wonderful Rt6 range" thread.

Where did you end up going and do you have any feed back? I also heard of the SGL in Pike County with both extremes in relating to the place and experience.
