Turkey hunting on route 30 !

So i was just comming back from york on route 30 and wouldnt ya know it they was a hen sitting on the guard rail right at Columbia ! Me and the truck behind me both slowed down almost to a stop to see her , lol. She was a nice bird. About 1/2 mile further was the whitest and tannest hawk ive ever seen.

I was on 322 between Hershey and Harrisburg around 7 this evening and saw a flock of 14 near Swatara creek. One strutter. I love this time of year.

Little to no bird sign in Lancaster County up around Lititz, except for a few flocks on Middle Creek Refuge Area.
