It wasn't that long ago in human history that it was unusual for people to cross those imaginary lines at all. Heck, it wasn't unusual for people to never leave their counties. Now we have people who flit back and forth across the imaginary lines that separate countries on a regular basis. The time is coming when all the imaginary lines will be erased and the world will live as one.

I went with Utah (for the same reason, carry in the State of Delaware). In the long run it's cheaper (renewals are $15.75 and can be done completely online). At the time FL & UT were the most popular and FL was a lot more expensive.

I had a guy from the approved instructors list come to my house and give the class for wifey, me and a couple friends. We went to a local range after the class.

As for your PA LTCF, it's good in WV, NC and VA.
