Touching up scratches in scope body
Brought home another toy this weekend. The scope is nothing special, no name made in china, but it is bright and clear. If it holds zero it will work out fine.
There is a few scratches on the scope.
Has anyone ever touched up the bluing on a scope?

Birchwood Casey makes blue touch up pens. They're probably not much more than a Sharpie. I'd try a black Sharpie first.

It isn't blued. Sharpie doesn't last. Testors model enamel and a good fine artists brush is the way to go.
