Ruger SR22 Magazine Disconnect Removal?

Just picked up a new Ruger SR22 with threaded barrel.

Does anyone here know how to remove the magazine disconnect?

I've searched online for videos but can't find anything. If someone local to me can help, I have some 22LR as payment.

Don't know how to remove the disconnect but out of all the 22's I have I like this one the best. It eat's everything you put in it. The disconnect is a pain is the ass.
