    Default Utah alcohol documentation

Going through the utah application, one question is about convictions for unlawful use of alcohol. It states that you must provide documentation.

If one were to have underage(s) from 5+ years ago, what, if any, documentation should be provided? Do they mean a written statement, or go to that county and ask for criminal history?

If one were to have 2 underage charges in different counties, and they don't remember which county one was in, what advice could be offered?

How can I get proof that I drank in college before I was 21?

This is like asking someone how often they exceeded the speed limit.

    You could go here https://ujsportal.pacourts.us/DocketSheets/MDJ.aspx

Change search type to "participant name" and the docket type to "non-traffic" and search your name. That should give you the information you seek.

    Be safe (and a teetotaler).

    Thanks.

The charges were before I was 18 and don't show up on that search.

Is it safe to check yes, and then accompany a letter stating what they were. I would assume that anything in my record would be able to be pulled up by them, so I'm not sure what "documentation" I could provide that they wouldn't have.

If you don't have any documents, just type up a explanation with details to the best of your knowledge - and explain that you do not have the original court documents. Dates, charges, ARD completed, etc. Just be completely truthful and you shouldn't have a problem.

You're not the only one on this forum that made stupid mistakes as a teenager. ;-)

Pretty much this. Just be honest with them, explain what happened and leave it at that. If you say NO and they are able to pull something saying otherwise you may get denied.
