My son's now a licensed hunter!
My son (6 years old) got his apprenticeship hunting license today. So we immediately went out hunting some groundhog. He was a little shaky behind the .223, so he didn't take any shots, but he came out, saw some deer, and scared away some groundhogs. I did pretty good today. Shot at three, got three.
Proud dad And son
And a picture with his grandfather aka PAPA

Yeah man! It was ONE of the best feelings in the world to have him out there. He's got a .22 he's going to be training on here REAL soon. He brought a whole bag lunch with him. Haha. Momma hooked him up. Lol He was more interested in seeing what the hog looked like after the shot then waiting for another one.

Nice going Dad, can't let our hunting tradition die off. Does he have pink envelope disease yet?
