The Bill of Rights is simple. It was meant to be simple and understood by the every man. I'm glad that he made his statement. This will help a lot in forming the Senate's confirmation debate when and if he is nominated by the President. Better to find out now what extreme anti gun views he has then after he is put on the Supreme Court. I can't see but a few Senators supporting his "no gun outside the home" stance.
