Re: g30 vs g36
I have a G30. You've probably already done your homework & know the differences.
My 30 is one of the most accurate Glocks, at least for me. It'll have more mag capacity, but will be heavier than the 36. The grip is of course going to be thicker. If you have med-large hands, that shouldn't be a problem.
The 30 conceals pretty easily OWB in my Raven Concealment holster under a t-shirt, but it's a bit too chunky for comfortable IWB for me. Sticking a 1 1/4" gun plus holster inside my pants, then cinching the belt tight doesn't get it for a skinny guy like me."It's hard to imagine a more stupid or more dangerous way of making decisions than by putting those decisions in the hands of people who pay no price for being wrong."

Re: g30 vs g36
I own both a 30S and a 36. For me, I believe both pistols have a place in my world of concealed carry.
I carry the 30S in either a IWB or OWB holster depending on time of year and locations I travel to. I replaced a Gen 2 30 with the 30S and it is a lot lighter and easier to conceal. Since I shoot it well and really love shooting it, I carry it a lot especially when I expect to go to the bad sections of large cities.
My 36 I carry when I go into New York City on business, in either an IWB or ankle holster. Usually when I am local around Upper Bucks, I carry a 26 IWB or ankle. But sometimes I will trade the 26 off for the 36 when I am local, especially if I just returned from New York and decide to run out to eat and do not want to take the time to change out weapon and magazines right away.
All three are fun to shoot although the 36 does have a bite to it being light and with the single stacked grip. When shooting the 45's I tend to shoot the 30 more then the 36 due to the 30S being more of a pleasure to shoot.
