I take no issue with buying as much as possible for yourself.

I do think that hoarding ammo in a true sense is a little screwy though.

Buying 5.56 by the boatload when you only own AKs, meaning you are buying it to have later for whatever reason with no desire to own a firearm in said caliber.

If you shoot it then I say buy it cheap and stack it deep.

Ammo hoarding is when you buy more than you are going to shoot so there isn't much inventory left for me to stock up.
