    Thought I would bump this with the final results now that the poll is closed.

    78 say businesses do have the right to ban carry in their stores

    13 say they do not

    1 says other.

    I would say the person owning/running the business would have the final say, but what is the legal answer?

    Think about it this way. If you are renting in an apartment complex that allows OC and CC, should you as resident of, say, Apt. #37, be allowed to decide for yourself what people may or may not do in your home?
