Cant send message to users!!!!

Trying to purchase in classifieds and when you click on "send message" to user nothing happens. It just scrolls to bottom of page. please help. tried multiple times to hit send message buttom

Try reviewing the classified ruled posted prominently at the top of the screen in the classified section and pay close attention to the portion in red.

Could also be your post count is too low to be able to send a PM. Try sending me a PM and see if it works.

I just tried. I clicked on your name and then hit send message but doesn't work

Sounds like it could be a browser issue. Do you have another one to try?

Try a workaround. Post an ad in the classifieds stating what you want to buy and see if that person replies to you via PM. You might even post an ad asking that person to contact you.

Sure.

It's better than sitting around waiting to find out what the problem is.
Heck, you may never find out, but you might still be able to make the deal.

There is nothing I can do about the situation. I did report this thread to the Admins to figure out.
