    Default Public Range near Oil City/Franklin/Clarion?

    Anyone know of public ranges, be they game commission or private ownership, in the Oil City/Franklin/Clarion area?

    I may be out that way soon and would like to be able to hit the range.

    I've been to the Clarion game commission range just a few times

    You might drive past it if you're not careful.

    Be careful, and follow the range rules while using the PGC range in Clarion. The game warden (WCO Bimber) and his deputies will write you up and fine you for any deviation from the posted rules on that range.
