Rally for our friends in New York

ALBION, New York, July 9, 2104 / MM Globalwire / — A rally for people who care about civil liberties is being held at St. Mary’s Athletic Club (538 Moore St., Albion, NY, 14411) on Saturday, July 12th from 11:45 am to 4:00 pm. The rally’s purpose is to register people to vote and educate them on the importance of preserving Constitutional rights.

The rally is being put on by the Orleans County Chapter of Shooters Committee on Political Education New York (SCOPE NY), which is aggressively working to protect New Yorkers’ civil liberties through education and registering voters.

If I remember correctly New York State's residents took a bold stand, and drew a line in the sand marking open disobedience, and defiance against NY's new gun laws that make ny's residents modern guns no longer allowed in the state, which of course makes for the means of unacceptable acts to be potentially taken out upon not only the gun owners, but their entire families. If there is blood at the homes of gun owners for weapon confiscation I'll be having my own rally right in my own neighborhood for the NY Resistance.

I'm working with a group called SCOPE in New York to help spread the word and get the SAFE act repealed. The law is a joke and only injures honest citizens

As a NY resident, I truly appreciate the support given to us with regard to this bogus law. While I intend to leave this miserable state when life allows it, I will continue to be among the folks fighting to repeal it in its entirety
