Yes my son bought the gun at kinser's anyways thanks for the replies .I carry the 9 mm most times with me I always wondered bullets in ready to go in chamber is legal with license to carry right?

An unloaded gun will get you killed quickly in a conflict.
Carrying a round in the chamber, or not.... is a personal decision.
It should be determined by knowing the gun, the holster / carry method, and training level of the person carrying.
I can't tell you how best to carry your gun, you need to do that work.
However you choose to carry, TRAIN that way!! Practice drawing and aiming and taking it off safe ( if such a feature exists on your gun).
Practice, practice practice...
