Went downtown (dahntahn) to the Allegheny County Courthouse to pick up my renewed LTCF today. I see what people have been talking about. It does look cheesy.

Oh well, the important thing is that it works.

They did make a photo copy of my Arizona permit. I guess the idea is that if they revoke my permit, they'll contact Arizona.
