    Default Is it legal to sell an act 235 Badge?

    Are there any laws regarding selling an act 235 badge to some who does not have their certification? thanks

    I bought it at some place they took a copy of my ID... So i wasn't sure.. I'm a Police in NJ now and and selling all my old stuff... and the guys wanting to buy the badge isn't an Act 235 certified... so it makes me think why does he want a badge... I just don't want to get in any trouble for selling it

    Yeah I would not sell it to that guy. Who knows what laws NJ has on the books.

    If you are really concerned take it back to the place you got it.
