You've probably seen more OC than you realize. If they are cleanly dressed you'd probably write them off as detectives. Hell the cops OC all of the time and no one notices. As a matter of fact last weekend besides the rifles I found myself looking for the weapon people were carrying. It's amazing how they blend in unless you're looking for them.
It's the mannerism of the person carrying that matters. if you're new to it you will probably stand out more in the crowd because you're probably not comfortable with it yet. Also with cell phones and other things people have hanging off their waistline people have become unaware or the OC crowd.

Now what is in your hand is a different story. If you handle your weapon with your finger near the trigger in public you should be treated like you may intend on using it IMO. A rookie Cop could understandably see such a person enter a business and misread it.

Well if I see someone oc I know they do not have a ccw because it is illegal to oc with a ccw.

You are most certainly welcome to your 2 cents but at that price.....your opinion is way over priced

Agreed. Much less concern about a holstered pistol but laser focused on the AR
Right of citizens to bear arms ...shall not be questioned.

Note the wink at the end of his statement Someone in another thread once said they heard it was illegal to open carry if you had a ccw - it was commented on how some "experts" could say such a dumb thing.....

You should get right on the phone with CeasefirePA and MomsDemandAction where you will surely find the consensus you are accustomed to regarding handgun open carry.

I'll bet they'll have you standing gleefully outside a Starbucks with a "common sense" sign of your very own in no time.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.
