    Default State forest long gun open carry

    I've tried to research this over and over and can't seem to find accurate info. I am planning on going hiking at Millaux state forest in pa and want to open carry a long gun. Is this legal?

    It is legal.

    It doesn't mean you wont be harassed by DNCR or WCO(especially the DNCR).

    Can you find a law that prohibits OC of a long gun?

    It is not illegal but under the Hunting Codes there is a presumption that if you are in the field/woods with a long gun you are hunting.
