    Default Engraving question

Do I engrave my full name on line 1 of the receiver (first, middle, last) or just my full first and last name or first name, middle initial, last name? I thought I read in one of the stickies that the ATF Form 1 does not accept middle initials so does that mean when I have it engraved I need first middle last on the receiver?
    Thanks,
    Steve

I just put first and last name which is exactly what was on my form 1. And city/state also.

My last form 1 was returned to me, for correction, because I didn't have my full middle name. Bux-Mont Awards has engraved a lower for me.The one in Lansdale not the one in Sellersville.

So did you engrave your full middle name or initial on the receiver?
You must be close to me, I'm in between lansdale and sellersville, closer to sellersville. I will put my full name including middle on the form 1 then.

Thats what I just did-filled out form 1 with just first and last name. That way when I get it engraved I'll just put the same: first, last

My form 1 has my middle initial and also on Glock 17C. ATF did not send back for correction.

I used a trust but I would imagine whatever you put on your form 1 should be exactly what you have engraved on your lower. If you abbreviate your middle name on form 1 then I'd engrave it exactly the same.
I sent my lower to Orion, not exactly a fast turn around but they did a quality job and had excellent communication throughout.
