Default Dan Wesson .357 Pistol Pack?

I saw a Dan Wesson Pistol Pack today that had a 4", 6", 8" and a 12" barrel. It also has the yellow lined case and the tools to swap out the barrels. Also had two sets of front sights 4 red and 4 yellow.

I have never seen these with the 12" barrel. Would this increase the value? Decrease the value or stay about the same?

12" .357 magnum is cool to look at, would love to get it to the range and give it a rip!

Any guesses on the value? Owner is interested in selling for $800.

I've seen the pistol packs selling for $1,200 at local gun shops. If it's in good shape I think $800 is a steal. The 12" barrel alone is probably worth $200.

Although, you may decide to never sell it. They're seriously enjoyable revolvers.

I salivate at the thought of a dan wesson pistol pack. I wish I had the dinero to buy one. you get basically 4-5 well built revolvers for the price of 1. The one I saw had a 2" concealed carry barrel, and the ones you mentioned. You get one to carry, one for target practice, one for hunting etc. and add the .38 special dual cartridge capability, its like 10 guns.

If it is a fully weighted 12" barrel it alone potentially could be worth up to $1k. If it is not a weighted barrel I'd expect at least $750 for the 12" barrel alone on Gun broker.

A 2,4,6,8 pistol pac right now is averaging 1k on GB. Add the 12" barrel and it would be over $1500.

The 12" barrel was not origanally included in the pac. It was a addon.

On a side note I have over 20 DW's in my personal collection over various sizes and calibers. I even have the rare fully weighted 15" barrel. For $800 I coulnt buy that pack fast enough.

    GO GET IT NOW.

And people think that I'm a nut for having three DWs. All are 15-2s: one standard barrel, one heavy barrel (no vent), one heavy with vent. The heavy no vent was my first gun. As I recall, it was $165 used over thirty years ago.
