Buffer Weight for SOPMOD Block 2 clone
So I got my Form 1 filled out, just needs me to sign and date it and ship it off to the ATF with a money order for $200 and a copy of my trust.
I decided to hold off on the regular 14.5" M4A1 clone build and work on a SOPMOD Block 2 clone build with a 14.5" upper and a 10.3" MK18 upper. Doing some research, I've heard that really short barreled AR-platform rifles have issues with the standard H buffer that came inside my LE6920.
Should I replace it with the H2 buffer or H3 buffer?

Re: Buffer Weight for SOPMOD Block 2 clone
a lot of guys run as heavy as they can. The H2 will most likely run with out a problem. some times a H3 wont lock back with steel ammo. it also depends on what bcg semi or full auto? if you wanna play get both and see which one will run better, if you don't want to spend the money a H2 is a pretty safe bet
