Xtreme 223 fmj bullets?

Anyone use xtreme 55gn fmj and can compare them to the Hornady fmjbt?

I'm looking to buy 1k and the xtremes are roughly 20 bucks per 1k cheaper. I know the Hornady is the standard for cheap plinking rounds, and haven't seen much on the xtremes. Would like any opinions before buying.

I never bought them myself. But the guys on another forum buy them and they say they are just repacked bulk Hornady bullets. I often buy the Blem .223 bullets from Midway and the FMJ and SP sure look like Hornady bullets to me.

I recently purchased 1K from Xtreme. Happy with the products. Produce nice and tight groups. Copper finish is excellent. Definitely worth the purchase.

What is the intended use? If just plinking they'r fine, I've found the Varmint Nightmares from Midsouth to do well, the price has gone up some on them but still fairly reasonable. (The hp's)
