Gun Clubs around Allegheny County
I used to be a member of crowfoot gun club in Murrysville.
Now i live in in the city on mt. washington and was wondering if anyone had any reccomendations for a gun club within 30 min or so from the city.
I like shooting trap, pistol and rifle.
thanks in advance for all positive replies.

You could also check out the Coraopolis District Sportsman Association.
At the bottom of the forum there is a section with the area's of PA, check in there and you should find a bunch of feedback from people around here and more places to go.

Coraopolis doesn't have trap or skeet.
Dormont/Mt Lebanon is another option although it is a bit further than a half of an hour.. Same way with Greater Pittsburgh Gun ClubThe Lord Bless You

Re: Gun Clubs around Allegheny County
PMSC (link posted above) is a great club.
you could get there in 30 minutes from Mt. Washington on a light traffic day, but it may take a little longer sometimes.
however, depending on what you want to do, it may be worth it.
PMSC has 10+ IPSC bays...you can move and shoot, draw and shoot, etc. (many clubs do not allow this kind of practical practice). it also has a rifle range going out to 300 yards. it also has an indoor pistol range that you can get a key to as a member (and, unlike some other clubs, you can shoot jacketed bullets in it).
the one downside is that you can only shoot from 9AM to 9PM (even in the indoor pistol range) due to local ordinances.
a bunch of us here on PAFOA are members of PMSC. it is a great club.

+1 more on PMSC. Plus there are no shortage of people from PAFOA to go shoot with there or a shortage of people who are willing to show you around and give ya the 2$ tour
