This isn't all that bad. It will allow people to petition to take someone's weapons who they believe is dangerous. They will have to prove that person is a threat. We all agree dangerous people shouldn't have firearms. If you are a good citizen then you have no worried. It's the same thing when someone files a PFA here. They take all your guns. After your court date when you prove your not dangerous you get them back

Am I missing something here, or is this a real response?

Really? Nothing to worry about if you're a good citizen? How about the legal fees involved? Who gets to determine if you are dangerous or not? An activist judge or doctor? Just think, you piss someone off, they know you own guns and decide to turn your life upside down just for the hell of it. No thanks!

    No more compromise!

It doesn't take much to convince the government that a person is "dangerous". Oh, and PFAs are fucking useless.

How about when the sick little disturbed individual clams up? No more posting on youtube, facebook, twitter, what do you do then. The Rodgers family should have done something before the age of 12 for their son instead of spoiling him.

I'm not worried. I'm a good citizen. I'm a loyal subject most of all.
