    I understand your reasoning. But is there case law? Specifically with a bicycle and not any other vehicle.

    It's not about proving who's wrong or right. The law is what it is. Title 18 Section 908 Prohibited Offensive Weapons. I believe a reference to it is on this site somewhere.

    I'm unaware of any case law that is specific and "on-point" with respect to bicycles and the UFA. What we are left with is the letter of the law which includes the statutory definition I previously provided. It IS the definition to be applied in the UFA and it attaches no ambiguity to its interpretation.

    I has cited several civil cases several years ago in another post that specified bicycles as being vehicles but, again, not directly "on-point" since the UFA is a criminal statute.
