    Any updates on this? I'm waiting to hear back from the Chief of Police in my township. If he will not sign off i will be headed to the Sheriffs office.

    I don't know. Did you call the sheriff and ask HER?

    I'm not sure what your point you are trying to make capitalizing "her" I am fully aware that she is a women.

    I posted this to see if anyone has asked HER while I wait for my local police chief. If he does not want to sign it I will call and find out.

    Just an update. Sheriff McFall-Hopper does not sign off on NFA paperwork. The deputy Sheriff has taken this responsibility but I was told if he is not available the Sheriff will do it.

    I"ll take that to mean that Delco is NFA friendly.......... The Sheriff also, as no deputy would usurp her authority.
