    Question non resident w/ permit from adjacent state

    hello, im a PA non resident permit holder from an adjacent state (w/ a pistol permit in my state).. i also have a C&R ffl

    can i purchase a handgun in PA? (C&R or modern)

    are there any longgun purchase restrictions for me in PA?

    pistols must be transferred to an FFL in your state of residence, then transferred to you.

    long gun purchases, I'm not too sure about, but I think you should be fine as long as you're obeying all purchasing requirement laws of both your state of residence and Pennsylvania.

    C&R eligible firearms can be transferred directly to you, regardless of the state, I'm pretty sure.
