Default Denied permission to access page

I haven't been logged in for over a year and now when I try to post a comment I get an error message.

This is the message I get:
Turkey Slayer, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Is this due to inactivity? How do I get the privileges back?

FWIW - Maybe you were trying to leave a comment on stuff for sale, etc.? If so - you can't.

Sometimes I wish we could. Especially for the ads where people are asking way out of line prices. I understand why it isn't allowed, but it would be fun.

I agree completely. Also, I want to scream at sellers for not posting pictures on some items...
