King of Prussia ranges?
Just recently moved to the area can anyone suggest a good gun club. Really would prefer a rifle range that goes out to 200 yards. Thank you

Cacoosing in Birdsboro or University in Reading area are the closest 200+ yard ranges. New Holland Gun Club offers a 600 yd range. Also worth checking into. Hope this helps. PS- I might be bias, but check out Insite Firearms in Jeffersonville for your firearm purchases. :-)

Lower Providence Rod and Gun Club in Audubon, they will probably have a booth at the next Oaks gun show. Have a 100 yd rifle range. Have been a member for almost 30 years and have no problems. Dave_n

Alternatives to Lower Providence are....
North Chester county Sportsmen's Club www.nccsc.us in Elverson has a 150 rifle range. Accepting new members. relaxed atmosphere.
Kimberton Fish and Game Association www.kfga.net near Phoenixville has a 100 rifle range. I do not know if they are accepting new memberships, you might want to contact them.
During winter, People usually hit French Creek Outfitters in Phoenixville for their 25 yard indoor range.....Then Piers Morgan came on and I almost got a concussion from facepalming so hard.

Souderton Harleysville gun club has a 200 yard range. They hold a membership lottery every Superbowl Sunday. Nice club about 45 mins from King of Prussia.

Re: King of Prussia ranges?
200 yard ranges may be found at Elverson Rod and Gun Club. They take new members in Feb and March of each year. Frontier Archery also has a range of that distance. Telhai (sp) in Honey Brook also has a long range, however I do not know if they are taking new members. Morgantown Gun Club is on Hwy 10 south of 23. Not sure of the distance of their rifle range. There are other ranges in Berks and Lancaster that have some distance to them.
