PA no longer recognizing Utah Non-Res permits?
As an NJ resident who can't get a permit for my own state (and thus am not eligible for one from PA), my Utah CFP was my saving grace in PA, my second home.
No longer.
Handgunlaw.us has been updated with the change...

Hopefully that will change soon. AG Kane is being questioned by our reps for unlawfully altering reciprocity agreements among other things. Hopefully, impeachment proceedings will move forward and she'll get kicked out of office. Either way, her political career should be ruined.

Ruined? I wish. She'll probably come up as the one, who stands tall against the evil NRA.

Re: PA no longer recognizing Utah Non-Res permits?
Do we have any statements released from Kane's office? I can't find anything official about when/how this happened?
Try to build the map again, it shows that Utah is recognized. I've received nothing from the BCI stating that PA has changed anything. Something doesn't smell right here.Last edited by sprrdhawk44; May 11th, 2014 at 10:38 PM.

Again, I'm not seeing anything about this. Can somebody chime in?

I saw no change on usacarry.com and usually such a change is accompanied by a statement from the attorney general.
...and they have a plan...

I don't think she could do that, wouldn't it take a change in the law?
