Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane will surrender to authorities in Montgomery County on Saturday. She is expected to be arraigned on charges including conspiracy and perjury. Her lawyer says Kane intends to plead not guilty.
Prosecutors say Kane will appear Saturday via video from the Montgomery County Detective Bureau, where she's scheduled for processing. She's to report to detectives in Norristown at 1:30 p.m. The arraignment is at 2 p.m. in Collegeville, about seven miles away.

From what I am reading you must take the class in Texas. I've reached out to Texas DPS to see what the requirements are to be an instructor.
