Who knows how long this is going to take.....
I can suggest a better course of action. Let's hammer our reps to change the law: PA should honor ALL carry licenses regardless of license holders residency status. Eliminate reciprocity, just honor them all. Ultimately that is what we want anyway.

"Some have also been told that a reciprocity agreement with Utah is in the works but none have a copy of any such preliminary agreement or knowledge of when it might be signed. Clearly, if any new reciprocity agreement is drafted, it is sure to include restrictions on recognition of non-resident permit holders, similar to that found in the modified Florida, Virginia and Arizona reciprocity agreements."

this is what will happen sadly

Which is BS, because she doesn't have the authority to eliminate the agreement to begin with...... now she will enter with a NEW legal agreement.

    I think you're right

I've sent emails to my representative and senator. A lot of Md people have started contacting our reps and the Ag office as well

    Thanks!

I very recently found this out, I was wrong in my presumption.

This will make it a bit easier to OC, but ultimately I'd like to see CC back as an option.

I just ran into one of my reps at the gas station yesterday on my way to work! Wish I would have known about this nonsense sooner!

OK, I am not the sharpest tool in the shed. As of this date can an individual with a Pa Permit carry a firearm in Utah?

Yes, Utah honors all other states permits/licenses.

We (PA) no longer honors Utah licenses.

As of right now, Utah honors all other states' licenses in their state, so yes, you are able to carry in Utah on your LTCF, for now...
