Default Investigation of PA Attorney General on TV

PCN is broadcasting 1 1/2 hrs of testimony re PA AG Kane and her unilateral cancellation of reciprical firearm carry agreements. Testimony is apparently being taken in Hbg. What I heard so far is that she had no authority to water down previously passed reciprical agreements,

Keep us up to date on this. I don't have PCN on DTV, so I can't watch it...

I don't have PCN either, so this is also of interest to me.

This was a hearing on an effort to impeach her. The people testifying criticized her one sided actions to ignore law when it suits her rather than upholding laws passed by the legislature. I mentioned the unilateral changes to reciprocity (she is empowered to establish agreements but not to cancel or modify them). Also testified to is her failure to pursue any action at all against politicians who accepted money and jewelry meant to influence their votes. The last testifier was upset over her failure to go after election officials and politicians who committed election fraud. This was on PCN. Maybe they have it on line or sell a CD/transcript. I tried to check for re-broadcasts but had no luck. It was on a Public Television channel. The PA legislature may also be able to provide CD/transcripts of the meeting.

Hmm, it looks like the leftists put their money on the wrong horse. She was the darling of the liberals, and they paid dearly in campaign contributions to get this twit elected. A third rate lawyer that was installed to get the leftist agenda shoved along under the power of an attorney general including this major investigation regarding the involvement of then AG Corbett in the Penn State football fiasco. I get PCN and will follow the story, but be what may, Kane's political career is done.
