Luzerne county seems to have a major Jack Boot Thug problem. Time to stick the jack boots up all their butts. You would think these cops would know FULL WELL all about OC after the DC incident.

Guys, it wouldn't make sense to disclose any potential legal actions before they're brought. PA Patriot didn't give up the goods and neither should the original poster. Rest assured, it isn't personal, it's strategic.

Generally speaking (and from personal experience), instruction #1 from an attorney is "Don't discuss this matter publicly".

Can we please discuss these incidents without whipping out the JBT invective? Does absolutely nothing for our cause to start whipping out the adolescent name calling.

Sorry to hear the short - or any version of what happened to you.

    Coupla quick thoughts.

o What ever U and your lawyer talk about and plans you 2 make should be between U 2. I'm not saying don't share with PA Patriot or some selected others, but lose lips can sink ships.

o If all works out correctly, open an IRA for your early retirement.

edit - ... and I see you have already received advice about client attorney conversations/plans.
    U guys are quick

What did they do to insult you?

What is an example of the dialog they employed while unlawfully dressing you down?

I think this thread will grow to be HUGE.

I'm sorry, but it's an absolutely accurate description of criminals with badges. If cops want to be treated with respect, they need to act like cops. Years after carring one, I still regard the privilege of having been allowed to wear a badge as a high honor. Jack Booted Thugs like that just don't measure up.

The problem is, there is no repercussion (yet) from the DC incident for the PD. Seems at least some of the WB police may have a grudge against OC'ers because of the DC incident.

So, my boy needs a college fund. It's kind of sounding like Luzerne County might be willing to provide one for the cost of a short walk

What the heck is it with the cops up there anyway? They sound like high school bulliies.

Good advice. And yes, I am "in the loop" regarding this.
