Thanks to Kurt (KPW) and his friend, (Neal?, damn CRS) good to meet you guys.
Anyways, I find the LCR .38 a bit of a handful, I wouldn't want to shoot it very much. My 1911 .45 has less recoil. The 9mm M&P Shield was much smoother, even though it stovepiped once. The Glock was OK, but the trigger guard rubbed my "F-U" finger, and I can't risk damaging it.

At this time I'm leaning towards the XDs 9mm. I've been reading the Ruger Forum about some people having problems with the SR9c, and also the Springfield forums, with little or no trouble with the XDs, plus I have a XDm, so I'm already familiar with them.
The most dangerous place in America is a "gun free" zone.

It was good meeting you, too! Glad we could help narrow the field for ya. Honestly, many people don't like shooting the LCR (ok, most)! The XDs should be a great choice for you.
