    Default Recent Lackawanna OC spots....

Other than the regular places I always go to.....

Damons and Dick Mackey's Pool Supplies in Clarks Summit.

Johnny Rocket's and the movie theater Cinimark on Montage (is that still Lacka???) Admittedly, because of the rain (three saturdays ago), I was CC going INTO Cinimark. But during (Freakin' bathroom runs! Grrrrrr!) and exiting, I was OC. BTW - Don't go see Speed Racer...Kids thought it was OK (a bit long), but I didn't dig it.

    Last evening:

*DC Wal-Mart again....but their Kodak color printer printer thing was down. Bought odd-n-ends.

*Walgreens on Main Ave in Scranton to use THEIR Kodak machine (It was a Fuji....& worked better)

*Alfredos Pizza in South Side Shopping Plaza Scranton. That parking lot is a huge hang-out spot for kids and older (looked older, but acted like kids) The Skater Rats and Thug Wannabe's noticed. Though they were looking, they still carried on with their antics.
Double crusted white-broccoli pizza was goooooooood!

I stopped in Best Buy in Dickson City while I was openly carrying yesterday.

Aside from having a salesperson appear *immediately* (in spite of the place being jammed packed with customers) to help me shop, I did not notice any unusual behavior towards, or because of, me. The sudden appearance of the salesperson could have been coincidental. My new mouse works fine.

I then went into Gander Mountain next door (where I have openly carried several times before without raising an eye brow) to buy some ridiculously over-priced ammunition, targets and cleaning supplies.

The opencarry.org sight has a discussion where the DC police chief is coercing stores to prohibit the carrying of firearms. I was just at the Viewmont Mall and Borders and didn't see any signs about firearms. I wasn't OC or CC, I didn't want to create a ruckus if the mall was posted.

i've been to nearly every store in dickson city, except for the OC buffet and denny's, and the only place where it was an issue was best buy: http://www.pafoa.org/forum/concealed...tml#post336583, and numerous places in scranton. hey, gary, next time you're in town, we should hit some spots together!

Ahh the joy of reviving old threads

I CC'd in my last couple visits to Cinemark. When I'm carrying with my non-gun-toting friends, and we go to a place that has "No Firearm" signs posted, I prefer concealing. The last time I was confronted for OCing was at Viewmont diner, and fortunately I was able to just conceal and finish my food.

If someone asked me to leave my firearm in my car, or leave in general, I can say for damn sure that I won't be visiting that venue again. And considering that I usually drive my retard friends around, I'm fairly certain they would be pissed as we drove away, me spewing obscenities about the non-American, whiny liberal douchebags that just kicked me out.

Boy golly, I do love complaining about whiny liberals.

I've repeatedly OCed at Cinemark with no issues. I haven't noticed any "no firearms" signs and no one has asked me to leave or cover there.

The last time I went I saw one at the ticket counter, right beneath the glass, in flourescent green writing IIRC.

I don't think I'm confident enough yet to be hassled in a crowded movie theater for OC. I have a feeling that if I were approached, I'd freeze up in front of all the kids and their parents. Someday. Someday.
