Lets see...Glock in a IWB holster of a man seated in his car. Guns goes off all by itself and the bullet travels down the length of his leg.

If indeed he was in the seated position and IWB holster was in the 3 or 4 o'clock position, the bullet would have grazed his hip and entered the seat. If he was apex carrying, the round would of either hit his upper inner thigh at about an 70-80 degree angle or his lower abdomen. The only way it could have traveled the length of his leg would be if he was carrying apex and was possibly stretching his body flat to insert the gun into the holster which was already in his waistband (my hypothesis) or placing the gun already in the holster into his waistband (less likely).

    "No charges will be filed".

When media say or print that, they infer that there could be appropriate charges when a gun is involved. Kind of like, "I saw your mother the other day. She was sober". Bungholes.

But why invest that much into EDC weapon and tuck it in a $12 holster? There are quality hybrid IWB tuckable holsters you can get from 40-60 that will guard your trigger no matter what you're doing.

And IMO carrying un-chambered relying on an Israeli Draw is a big gamble. Hoping that if you ever do need to rely on your weapon that the threat is going to walk up to you from a distance giving you time to asses the situation, chose to draw, rack the slide unimpeded (ie not in a physical struggle having to fend someone off).

In days of old when guns were revolvers, I never heard advice to carry only 4 rounds in a d/a six-shooter....empty under the hammer for dropped-gun safety; and empty in the next-up chamber which would duplicate the Glock "problem". Wonder how come.

OK. Transfer bars eliminated the dropped on hammer thing, but the danger of no safety on a double-action trigger pull still remained as alleged re the Glock.

Not even remotely similar. Comparing a stryker fired pistol to a revolver let alone a modern day revolver.

Doesn't make sense. An OWB holster would have the barrel pointed down, or slightly backwards, unless it was a drop leg holster, or had the holster at 2 o'clock.
