Default 25 bucks to the NRA

Look guys. I have read the threads heard the news and realize the NRA is not the be all end all, however on a national scale they are recognized, feared, and respected by legislatures.

I am an endowment member. I have paid a few thousand for that level. I will give both of my little ones life memberships.

Given today's climate I donated 25 dollars to the cause.

If I start getting emails or calls I will call and tell them not to solicit.

If you feel like it also donate in conjunction with the NRA donate to the FOAC.

I haven't seen a better instate org than the FOAC.

But I will say let's shove it right up Blooms bloomers with a fist full of dollars!

Now off to convert people to firearm owners.

    It isn't just a story.

It is the realization that a few people with large amounts of cash can influence our rights.

We really need to give to NRA-ILA, because this is the group that actually does the lobbing. Join the NRA to add numbers to the total membership, but the NRA-ILA is the workhorse of the organization.

I am a life member, but when I have a few dollars I donate to the NRA-ILA.

instead of just sending in a few dollars, I like to find people I know that are pro 2nd but have not joined and get them a membership. that way the NRA 's numbers increase also.

I suppose if you know any antis that annoy you, you can sign them up and reap the appreciation as the phone calls and mailings begin

That would have been a great idea when they were giving the $25 Cabelas cards with new memberships, lol.

I think it would be great if we could give a gift membership anonymously.
There's a few anti gun, anti 2A people I'd love to gift one to without them knowing who gave it to them. It would drive them crazy.

All in all I fully agree with this thread. We need to support the NRA whether we agree with everything they do or not. The are the 800lb gorilla in our corner.

I just got my lifetime nra membership... that everytown for gun control group was the final straw. I will upgrade to endowment after im dome paying for daycare.

It feels really good saying I'm a life member. I will sign my daughter up as a life member the day she is born (or as soon as I can therafter)

Every time I give the NRA money I feel like I'm poking Schumer and Feinstein right in the eye. It's a nice feeling.
