Not positive about this but if the land has a building that could be used as a business address ffl should be a go but not your home. But hopefully someone with more insight could help you.You might even go to the horses mouth and ask ATF !

Call the local zoning board and ask them if you can operate a business on that piece land. The ATF doesn't have an issue with home-based FFLs, but some local zoning boards do.

There was a shop in Kresgeville called West End Gun and Sport that was in a garage. It was mostly hunting oriented but if Troy Beers is still around, you might want to ask him about the local business climate.

I talked to zoning here in Chestnuthill and they had no issues with a home ffl.

Ok I'll ask zoning about that piece of land. Or should I ask the realtor?

Call the local zoning officer never let a realitor do that you need to hear it from the local jurisdiction. I have 8 years experiense in zoning trust me you need to know as much as possible before you purchase.
