How To Post a Signature Image
I've had a lot of questions on how to post a signature image in you sig line so, here's the skinny on how to accomplish this task.
First, you need to know the requirements for a sig image. 500 x 100 pixels and a maximum of 19.5 kb file size. Less is fine, but anything more will not upload. You can link to a remote image url, but the same size requirements apply. Uploading is the easiest way to post an image.
OK, once you have your image sized properly and saved on your computer, you need to navigate to the User CP and find Edit Signature on the left nav bar. Now, scroll down to the sig editor box. Clear out anything you don't want in your sig line.
Now, scroll down towards the bottom of the page and you will see a Browse button. Click it and locate the image you want to upload from your computer and then click Save Signature. Now, scroll back to the bottom and you should see your image. Just to the right, there is a link that says Insert Signature Picture. Click it and some code will pop up in your sig editor box that looks like this: [sig pic][/sig pic] but without any spaces between the brackets. That is all you have to do! Remember to click Save Signature again and your done!Last edited by RocketFoot; February 6th, 2009 at 06:58 PM.

That's helpful, I need lessons on how to do a lot of things on the computer. Now I have to come up with a cooler design than what I have.

Re: How To Post a Signature Image
Got my banner but can't post it. Can anyone explain how to do it in the "Banner Insertions for Dummies" Version. I have no idea what the above stuff means (in red). I can't figure out how to get my pic ready to insert in the Sig Line. Anyone that can explain it in basic computer moron. Please do.

Re: How To Post a Signature Image
The banner I sent you should already be under 19.5 kb. You should be able to just upload it by clicking browse in the user cp> edit signature screen. Then just follow the rest of the directions...
