    Default PA counties that will issue non resident permits.

    My Centre county non resident permit expires this month. I just got my Ohio renewal and need to renew my pa but I don't want to drive to centre county. Last time it was via mail. I checked mercer county but they will not issue non mercer county out of state renewals. I work in pa around Sharon/hermitage. Any recommendations for where to renew. I could get NH but it is $100 vs $20

    Last I checked, Jefferson County will. Only 80 miles in from the OH line along I-80.

    Most of that section is very outdated and the admins are aware of it.

    No. There is no "non-resident" PA LTCF.

    PA just issues to non-residents as well as residents(non-residents having 1 more requirement). ...well, under state law PA does. Some sheriffs are criminals for failure to issue to non-residents.

    Sorry, but no, it's not, it's lists the price of an LTCF as $25.

    The price statewide is $20.
